Community Support Specialist - Mental Health (FT)
Truman Medical Centers
Truman Medical Centers is seeking a Community Support Specialist for Intensive Community Services in Kansas City, MO. This full-time role supports individuals with severe mental illness in community settings, performing risk assessments, education, and service coordination. You will work within an interdisciplinary team, coordinate with providers, and help clients achieve independence and community integration, under supervision.
