Warehouse Associate - Shipping (5:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.) Monday - Friday

Warehouse AssociateThis position pays $18.00 per hour with increases at 90 and 360 days if meeting expectations.Pulls totes and/or packages from conveyor or pallet, verifies part number and quantity to be shipped; confirms all requested value-added services have been completed and profiles and prepares unit load according to material handling requirements for respective mode of transport. Prepares and completes required packing slip, shipment bill of lading / manifest, labeling, and any required specialized documentation associated with contents or destination. Selects appropriately sized shipping container and packing material; prints required documents or labels; packages orders to prevent damage and moves completed order to conveyor or sorts material to pallets and completes shipment confirmation in computer system. May be called upon to occasionally operate shrink wrap machine, I-Pak machines, pallet jack, or forklift with required in-house certification.Ensures TTI meets or exceeds internal and external customer expectations for quality, cost, and on-time delivery within the areas of assigned responsibility. Meets established quality goals in relation to errors measured as "parts per million" produced and productivity goals as defined by Management. Actively participates in job qualification audits and strictly adheres to all established standard operating procedures.Maintains acceptable time and attendance based on TTI policies defined by Human Resources and Operations; available to work overtime as required due to business demands.Demonstrates a positive "team" oriented attitude and approach toward work assignments in full collaboration and cooperation with others to complete all work assignments according to expectations and in the most effective and efficient manner possible.
