Endoluminal Territory Associate
Intuitive Surgical
Intuitive Surgical seeks an Endoluminal Territory Associate to support early adoption of the ION platform for minimally invasive lung biopsy procedures. The role focuses on clinical training, procedural support, and program development in pulmonary oncology, reporting to the U.S. ION Endoluminal Program Manager.
Responsibilities
- Provide procedural support to new ION platform users during learning curve phase
- Support training activities including in-services, labs, and first case series
- Develop clinical expertise in pulmonary oncology and become platform subject matter expert
- Collaborate with sales and hospital staff to integrate ION at new customer sites
- Capture user and procedural data to generate quality and benchmarking metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year sales, leadership, or clinical experience
- Ability to manage complexity and navigate changing environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to travel up to 60% and live near major airline hub
- Knowledge of pulmonology or bronchoscopy space (preferred)
