Position Overview We are an established aesthetic practice with over 20 years in the industry, looking for full‑time and part‑time NP/PA aesthetic injectors in Atlanta, GA; Blue Ridge, GA; and Chattanooga, TN. Positions are employed and offer base salary plus productivity bonuses that grow from the second year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package for those working 30 hours or more per week. Clinical Responsibilities Perform aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans. Administer neuromodulators such as Botox and Dysport and dermal fillers for facial balancing and rejuvenation. Provide biostimulatory injectables including Sculptra and Radiesse. Conduct non‑surgical facial contouring treatments. Offer laser and energy‑based treatments when applicable. Maintain thorough and accurate medical documentation. Recognize and manage complications appropriately. Qualifications Active and unrestricted PA or NP license in the state of practice. Minimum 1–2 years of aesthetic injection experience preferred. Strong knowledge of facial anatomy. Portfolio of before‑and‑after results (if available). Excellent communication and sales skills. Preferred Qualifications Advanced training certifications from recognized aesthetic organizations. Experience with full‑face balancing and advanced filler techniques. Established patient following. Compensation & Benefits Above‑market hourly pay plus commission for the first year. High commission‑only model with uncapped income and generous production tiers.
