The Egg Bistro isn’t your average breakfast spot — we’re fast-paced, high-energy, and serious about delivering next-level brunch experiences . And right now, we’re looking for experienced SERVERS & BARTENDERS who can keep up and stand out.

WHO YOU ARE:

• You’ve got real experience in high-volume restaurants (brunch is a different beast — you get it)
• You move with urgency, confidence, and purpose
• You know how to read tables, upsell naturally, and own your section
• You bring positive energy even when the wait is full and the printer won’t stop
• You take pride in being reliable, polished, and coachable

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Deliver standout service that turns first-timers into regulars
• Master a menu that people crave (and talk about)
• Work as part of a tight, high-performing team
• Keep standards high — because details matter here

BARTENDERS:
If you can handle a slammed brunch bar, craft cocktails with consistency, and keep guests engaged while tickets stack — we want you.
