Job Title:   Maintenance Technician - Level 3
Location: Dayton, OH (Southern Dayton, OH )
Duration:  5 months - possible extension/Potential to convert to FTE
Shift: M-F 8:30am - 5pm

Candidate will be traveling to different sites within a 30 - 70 mile radius performing preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance.

- Building inspections

- General building maintenance

- Light plumbing

- Light electrical

Licenses/Certifications:

Universal License

Driver's license

Must Have Skills:

General maintenance skills

Mechanical skills

Basic electrical

Basic plumbing

Basic carpentry

Residential HVAC experience

Nice to have skills:

Commercial HVAC experience

Any advanced maintenance skills

Soft Skills:

Excellent customer service skills

Years of Experience:

5+ years

Education

h.s. diploma or GED, trade school preferred

Software skills:

iOS experience preferred

Basic computer skills

As a Mobile Technician, you will perform repairs and tend to several buildings, industrial systems, equipment, and ground requests.
