Employee Development Specialist - Organization Trainer

Job Description
Associate's Degree in Human Resources, training and development, organizational development and/or related field with experience delivering training, facilitating groups, coaching employees, or educating adult learners required. Bachelors in Human Resources/related field preferred. Experience and demonstrated computer literacy with database systems, MS Office Windows, MS Office Excel and other computer-based software required. Ability to provide/exhibit/demonstrate exceptional customer service and verbal/written communication skills to internal/external customers, ability to demonstrate acceptance of disabled persons, etc. Must demonstrate ability to work independently, be creative and demonstrate initiative, flexibility, be highly organized, with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Valid and acceptable NYS driver's license per organization policies, practices, procedures required. Travel required.
