Shifts available: Full-Time/Part-Time Nights
Every other weekend required.
NO PRNS at this time.
Rate of Pay: $26.00-$29.73
Choose the compensation option that works best for you:
- Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus, subject to program terms; or
- Decline the sign-on bonus and receive an additional $2.25 per hour, subject to eligibility and program terms.

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plan
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
- Document accurately and ensure compliance with state/federal guidelines

Requirements:
- Current LPN license in West Virginia
- CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
- Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment
