The Role As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll join our supportive team environment where you'll learn to: Conduct strategic neighborhood canvassing with experienced team members Perform professional roof inspections using cutting-edge technology Guide homeowners through our streamlined insurance claims process Convert qualified leads into satisfied customers Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through canvassing and follow-ups Responsibilities Include Neighborhood canvassing to connect with homeowners Educating homeowners about roof and exterior damage Guiding homeowners through the insurance claims process Compensation $2,000 Sign On Bonus (based on hit metrics) Typical earnings $80,000–$200,000+ Paid Weekly (Every Friday) Monthly performance bonuses Bi-annual 30% production bonus Trips, competitions, and incentives for top performers RISE Leadership Program RISE (Rose Initiation: Standards of Excellence) is our 12-week personal and professional growth program designed to develop not just top performers, but strong, grounded leaders.
