Your Role and Responsibilities

• Employ both radiographic and CT techniques to generate top-tier diagnostic images for analyzing by physicians
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and the entire healthcare team to assure accurate assessments
• Effectively position patients and adjust equipment settings for optimal imaging quality
• Adhere to all necessary radiation safety protocols for the protection of patients and staff
• Keep thorough documentation, including imaging logs and maintenance records for equipment
• Deliver compassionate care to patients throughout their imaging experience
• Enhance the safety, organization, and efficiency of the imaging setting

Qualifications and Education

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree will be advantageous
• Completion of an accredited radiology program is a prerequisite

Certifications Needed

• ARRT certification (in CT and/or Radiography)
• Current BLS certification or capability to secure it within 90 days of starting
