Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Zarminali Pediatrics
Zarminali Pediatrics is building the nation's leading pediatric multispecialty group, focused on supporting families to shape healthy futures for their children – from birth through adulthood – by completely transforming the way pediatric care is delivered nationwide. We are tackling today's challenges of increased administrative burden on clinicians and a siloed approach to pediatric care through intentional design of care delivery, enhanced by leading technology and collaborative, expert care teams. Our name, inspired by our founder's daughter’s name – Zarmina – means “something that is more precious to you than gold”. We couldn’t think of anything that better represents the way parents and caregivers hold the relationship with their children as the most valuable gift, and how we at Zarminali approach care for each child with equal reverence. We strive for a healthier future for pediatric patients and a happier future for pediatric clinicians nationwide, and we are looking for people to join us in achieving this vision. If you are eager to join a growth stage company and be part of the early team that is shaping the foundation of both the company and the delivery of pediatric care, then this opportunity might be for you! Position Overview Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking compassionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our foundational team in Sartell, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting children’s growth and development by diagnosing, treating, and creating individualized care plans while collaborating closely with other clinicians to deliver whole‑child, family‑centered care. What You’ll Do Evaluation & Diagnosis: Review hearing, speech, and language assessments (including test results, barium swallow studies, and patient histories) to diagnose and plan treatment for communication and swallowing disorders. Testing & Assessment: Administer speech and language evaluations using standardized tools and instruments to identify the type and degree of impairments. Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans for disorders such as stuttering, delayed language, swallowing difficulties, or voice problems, in collaboration with physicians, psychologists, and social workers. Therapy Delivery: Plan, organize, and conduct speech, language, and feeding therapy sessions, coordinating with other therapeutic activities to maximize outcomes. Family Education: Educate and train families and caregivers to best support the patient’s progress at home and in daily life. Documentation: Write reports and maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge plans in alignment with best practices and healthcare regulations. Collaboration: Work closely with occupational and physical therapists, advanced practice clinicians, and support staff to deliver coordinated, patient‑centered care. What We Look For Communicator: Effectively manages communication with patients, families, caregivers, and team members to ensure seamless care. Advocate: Supports children and families by meeting them where they are and connecting them with resources to help them thrive. Collaborative: Fosters teamwork, mentorship, and mutual support to maximize patient outcomes and professional growth. Tech‑Forward: Embraces technology to streamline workflows, reduce administrative burden, and enhance care delivery. Growth‑Oriented: Invests in personal development and fosters growth and learning in patients, families, and colleagues. Family‑First: Respects family values and decisions while providing evidence‑based, compassionate, and empowering care. What You’ll Need Active state license to practice Speech Language Pathology and Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) Minimum of two years of pediatric practice experience Proficiency with electronic medical records Strong communication skills with proven ability to connect with children, families and care teams Excellent organization, time management, and clinical judgement with ability to work independently and collaboratively Dependable, flexible and committed to professional growth and community engagement BLS/CPR Certification required What We Offer Enjoy a balanced work‑life schedule with dedicated administrative time built in—giving you flexibility to complete charting, manage inbox tasks, pursue continuing education, and more. Be a part of a team‑based environment focused on providing high quality pediatric care within a mission‑driven organization. Access to continuous learning, skill development, and career advancement within a supportive and dynamic culture. Competitive compensation package with performance incentives. Work in a newly designed and advanced clinic that emphasizes patient comfort and top‑notch care in a welcoming and calming environment Zarminali Pediatrics is a national organization, and compensation is determined using market‑informed data, including industry benchmarks. Salary ranges may vary based on geographic location, local market conditions, state‑specific factors, and individual qualifications, including years of experience, education, and scope of responsibility. Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for additional productivity or performance‑based bonus incentives. At Zarminali Pediatrics, we are committed to empowering clinicians and team members to deliver better pediatric care, altogether. This commitment requires building an inclusive culture and a team that represents the diverse communities we serve. We believe that when people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives come together, we create a stronger team and better care for our patients and their families. We realize the importance of an environment where clinicians and team members feel cared for, supported, and valued. We believe in the basics: treating everyone with kindness, respect, and fairness. We do not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, race, color, sex, gender, age, religion or religious creed, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. We recruit and hire based on skills, talent, and potential, ensuring everyone has a fair chance to succeed. Together, we strive to build an inclusive and welcoming space where we can achieve our goal of building a happier future for the pediatric workforce. #J-18808-Ljbffr
