Job Description

This role supports shipping, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment activities for finished goods, materials, supplies, parts, and equipment within a warehouse facility. You will handle products safely and accurately, work at various heights using powered industrial trucks and a cherry picker forklift, and operate in multiple temperature-controlled environments while maintaining high quality and adherence to established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and process items for storage and shipment in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements.
• Ensure customers receive the correct products within the required timeframes by sustaining a high level of accuracy and quality in all tasks.
• Receive materials and finished goods daily, verifying the quality, type, and quantity of items received and confirming that appropriate documentation, such as packing lists, is present.
• Operate powered industrial trucks and distribution equipment, including equipment that reaches various heights, after completing required training.
• Work safely and effectively in different warehouse temperature zones, including room temperature, cold-room, and freezer-room environments.
• Follow all site distribution standards, including document control and quality policies, and complete all required training.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months-2 years of related experience in warehousing, shipping, receiving, or logistics.
• Comfort working at heights, with the ability to be trained on a cherry picker forklift.

This is a Contract position based out of Greencastle, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
