Personal Banker - Springfield, PA

Overview WSFS Bank, a regionally headquartered bank and wealth management company, seeks a Personal Banker to provide products and services, build relationships, and promote digital banking. Responsibilities Provide in-person and outbound calling services to recommend appropriate banking products and services. Open new accounts, submit loan applications, and conduct teller transactions. Resolve customer service issues, perform account maintenance, and process various transactions accurately and efficiently. Promote the Bank’s digital banking services and encourage adoption. Utilize banking applications and software for transaction processing and account management. Participate in a 4–6 month training program covering customer service, relationship building, and referral techniques. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year of face‑to‑face customer service experience. Previous cash handling experience. Past sales experience in a retail environment. Proven ability to work enthusiastically with customers. Strong attention to detail. Ability to learn and use multiple banking and software programs. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to market bank products and services. Preferred: One year of prior banking experience. Legally authorized to work in the United States without an employer‑sponsored visa sponsorship. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $37,440 – $52,800 base pay. Additional discretionary and formula‑based incentive awards may apply. Schedule: Monday–Friday 8AM–6PM; Saturdays 9AM–1PM (2–3 Saturdays per month). The position is full‑time 40hours/week with a flexible rotating schedule.
