Orthopedic Trauma Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant opening in WA Located in Wenatchee, WA Full-Time, Permanent Hospital-EmployedPractice Overview:

• Full-time Orthopedic Trauma APP opportunity in Wenatchee, Washington
• Open to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
• Join an established Orthopedic Trauma team consisting of 2 surgeons and 3 APPs
• 4-day work week
• Mix of first assist, hospital-based care, and clinic responsibilities
• Collaborative and supportive team-based care environment
• Additional pay available for on-call shifts
• No telemedicine
• No visa sponsorship
• Integrated healthcare delivery system with two hospitals, outpatient clinics across rural communities, and more than 30 medical specialties
• Organization-wide team includes 300+ physicians and 170 advanced practice clinicians

Compensation & Recruitment Package:
• Competitive yearly salary range: $142,000 - $172,000 , based on years of experience
• Signing bonus
• Internal student loan repayment up to $24,000
• Relocation stipend of $5,000 paid in first paycheck
• CME allowance of $5,000 every two years

Job Qualifications:
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Orthopedic or trauma experience preferred
• Washington license or eligibility
• Strong communication skills with patients and families
• Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
• Team-oriented approach and interest in orthopedic trauma care
