About the Role:

Kickstand's Pub & Grub in Saint James City, FL is looking for a talented and energetic Certified Bartender to join our team! If you love crafting great drinks, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and being the life of the bar, this is the place for you. Responsibilities:

• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
• Greet and engage with guests to provide an exceptional bar experience
• Take drink and food orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible serving guidelines
• Process payments, handle cash, and operate the POS system
• Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service
• Uphold all state and local liquor laws and health/safety regulations

Requirements:

• Valid bartending certification required
• Florida responsible vendor certification (or ability to obtain promptly)
• Prior bartending or bar service experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Energetic, reliable, and a true team player
