Pay Rate: $20 - $21/hr, paid weekly Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM and 6:00am- 2:30pm Location: Rialto, CA 92376 Duration: 3-Month Assignment, plus

Overview

Responsible for operating a stand-up forklift to safely move, store, and retrieve products throughout the warehouse. The role also includes occasional breakout freight duties and manual material handling as needed. Should have recent stand-up forklift experience and experience using RF scanners.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up reach truck and/or dock stocker forklift to move and store products.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Perform minimal breakout freight and manual material handling as needed.
• Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory movements.
• Follow warehouse procedures to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Inspect forklifts before each shift and report equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience.
• At least 1 year of stand-up forklift experience (Reach Truck or Dock Stocker).
• Previous experience operating a Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, or Sit-Down Forklift.
• Experience using RF scanners.
• Ability to follow directions and complete assignments within established timelines.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team lift required for items over 50 lbs.

• Walking or safety shoes.
• Shorts are permitted (no athletic jersey shorts or sweat shorts).
