Previous auto sales experience is not required. However, if you have worked in sales in another industry, that is Plus! Sales Consultant - Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and make them feel at home - in person, by phone, or on our website chat!
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle from our inventory suited to their needs. Great communication & listening skills are key!
• Consult with Sales Manager to set and achieve monthly goals for personal growth and success
• Accompany customers on test drives when needed
• Follow up with customers after the sale to encourage networking and repeat business
• Learn techniques of closing the sale - We Will Train!
• Complete all sales documentation for tag, title, financing, etc. efficiently and in a timely manner

Sales Consultant - Job Requirements:

• Outgoing and vivacious personality - and an A-1 People Person!
• A high degree of good customer service and people skills are required.
• Sales experience in other industries is a plus!
• We will train - no dealership experience required!
• Ambition and drive to succeed and a good track record!
• Strong work ethic and ability to learn
• Ability to set and achieve goals
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Valid driver's license, insurance, clean background, and driving record
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
