WORK SCHEDULE - This job is currently 2 day shifts and 2 night shifts per week.

• Thursday and Friday nights from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. March 1 to October 31 and 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. from November 1 to February 28 
• Saturdays and Sundays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Schedule changes in near future to Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Please, only apply if you can change to a permanent M-F, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule in the near future.

The successful applicant will 

• have a resume that is up-to-date, shows job stability and demonstrates you possess the skills and experience listed below
• have high attention to detail
• have an upbeat, friendly personality
• *be able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
• *possess a strong grasp of English writing conventions
• *be able to accurately calculate rates and charge s
• is adaptable and willing to occasionally work extra or alternate shifts
• is capable of working on your own and making sound decisions.
• Grace Under Pressure: able to multitask and handle difficult or stressful situations calmly, professionally, and pleasantly 

*Tests will be given during your interview to determine your level of proficiency.

PAY
$16.50 - $17.50 per hour to start

EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 12 consecutive months experience as a front desk agent or a secretary in a VERY   busy office/call center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs and reservations.
• Manage online and phone bookings with accuracy.
• Provide information about our motel, local attractions, and services.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
• Communicate with housekeeping during the day to update room status
