PLM Cutover Program Manager in Austin

Job Description We're looking for a Program Manager to join our PLM implementation program on the business side. The PLM Implementation cutover Program Manager will blend business analysis and daily operations to deliver PLM solutions that support the product lifecycle of all products across development, manufacturing, and service. If you have experience supporting enterprise systems, take an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving, have strong leadership and communication skills, and are comfortable stabilizing and coordinating a variety of complex activities, you could be an excellent fit. Key Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of first‑hand experience in leading cross‑functional, large‑scale, and highly integrated PLM implementation programs. Experience in managing, implementing, and rolling out PLM programs, preferably with Teamcenter PL. Knowledge of PLM integrations and business interactions with other systems such as CAD, ERP, or other boundary systems. Solid project leadership skills combined with strong discernment and analytical skill. Exceptional attention to detail and a deep understanding of project, program, and portfolio planning and delivery. Strong business insight and customer focus. Ability to multitask and balance daily activities with larger project deadlines. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Passionate about driving quality within a project organization. Responsibilities Drive, track, and support the execution of the PLM implementation roadmap and manage PLM Go‑Live. Define program plans and provide oversight of tasks and action items. Monitor, review, and adjust project progress and timelines as needed. Support assessment of gaps between current systems/processes and business needs. Support planning, coordination, and facilitation of workshops with key partners. Lead test strategy for user acceptance, creating and executing test scripts. Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile scrum. Develop user training materials as needed.
