We are hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a Home Health position providing skilled care to patients in their homes in the Lancaster, PA area. This position is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year!

What You’ll Do:

\n

\n
• \n

  Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team that truly supports you

\n
• \n

  Perform comprehensive patient evaluations focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, and home safety, developing individualized treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life

\n
• \n

  Educate and empower patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, use of assistive equipment, energy conservation, and home safety strategies to support safe, confident participation in daily routines

\n
• \n

  Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation

\n
• \n

  Work independently, but never alone

• \n

  Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

OT Qualifications

\n

\n
• \n

  Active Occupational Therapist, OT license in the state you work

\n
• \n

  One year of experience as an Occupational Therapist and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care

\n
• \n

  Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required.
