Why You’ll Love working at Mark-TaylorEmployee rent discounts.*Access to all Mark-Taylor amenities.Employee appreciation events.Opportunities for career growth.401(k) with robust company match.**Paid time off, sick time, holidays, and volunteer time.**Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits.**RequirementsTwo or more years of experience in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment or lead management is required.Two or more years of experience recruiting for a range of roles, from entry-level through executive-level positions, across onsite and corporate environments.Three or more years of multifamily onsite experience at the Assistant Community Manager level or higher preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.Highly motivated, adaptable and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.Experience with Monday.com and Paylocity Recruiting preferred.Strong attention to detail, with the ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts.Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively to a team.In this role, you willManage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned onsite and corporate positions, including requisition management, job postings, candidate sourcing, resume review, screening, interview coordination, candidate selection, offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.Conduct intake meetings with hiring leaders to understand position requirements, establish recruiting strategies, and align on qualifications, timelines and hiring expectations.Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to onsite and corporate leaders, providing guidance on candidate selection, market conditions, compensation considerations and recruiting best practices.Proactively source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, community partnerships and other recruiting platforms.Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs, with a focus on high-volume, hard-to-fill and critical positions.Coordinate prescreening and onsite interviews through the applicant tracking system, Outlook and Microsoft Teams, ensuring timely communication and a seamless candidate experience.Prepare and extend employment offers, facilitate negotiations as appropriate, and coordinate background checks, drug screenings and other pre-employment requirements.Partner with hiring leaders and internal teams to support a smooth transition from offer acceptance through onboarding.Develop, maintain and distribute weekly and ad hoc recruiting reports related to requisition activity, candidate pipelines, hiring progress, time to fill, source effectiveness and other key performance indicators.Analyze recruiting data and trends to identify process-improvement opportunities and provide actionable insights to Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring partners.Plan, coordinate and manage hiring events, career fairs, open houses and community outreach initiatives, including event logistics, candidate communication, promotional efforts and post-event follow-up.Represent Mark-Taylor at recruiting events and company-sponsored initiatives to strengthen the employer brand and build relationships with prospective candidates, schools, professional organizations and community partners.Collaborate with AMDs, ADFs, Managing Directors and corporate leaders through regularly scheduled meetings to provide recruiting updates, discuss hiring priorities and address staffing needs.Maintain accurate and timely candidate, requisition, interview and offer information within the applicant tracking system and Monday.com.Monitor and respond to communications received through the Recruiting and Referral inboxes, ensuring questions and requests are addressed accurately and promptly.Maintain a professional presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to promote career opportunities, engage prospective candidates and support Mark-Taylor’s employer brand.Support the development and implementation of recruiting tools, processes, templates and programs designed to improve efficiency, consistency and the candidate and hiring-manager experience.Provide guidance and support to other members of the Talent Acquisition team, sharing best practices and assisting with recruiting priorities as needed.Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws, company policies and established hiring procedures.Participate in special projects and perform additional Talent Acquisition-related duties as assigned.Mark-Taylor is an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.
