About the Position

Job Title

RN – LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum)

Location

Berwyn, IL

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 hours/week | Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients throughout the labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum continuum
• Monitor and assess laboring patients, supporting safe and effective delivery outcomes
• Assume postpartum patient assignments as needed in addition to labor and delivery duties
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure patient and newborn safety

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Ability to take postpartum assignments in addition to Labor & Delivery responsibilities

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an LDRP setting
• Comfort and proficiency managing both laboring and postpartum patient populations
