This person will support the entire office with customer communication, accurate data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as needs arise. Pay & Schedule Pay: $20 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, with flexible hours between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Hours: Full-time preferred; part-time hours may be considered Responsibilities Maintain spreadsheets and enter information accurately. Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist customers professionally. Prepare, print, copy, and organize office documents. Help team members with general administrative tasks and changing priorities. Qualifications At least 3 years of prior office administration or data entry experience required. Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word daily. Strong computer skills and attention to detail. Ability to write clear, professional emails and communicate courteously by phone.
