Enterprise Resources Planning Administrator

We are seeking a well-rounded IT professional to join our lean IT team as an ERP & Systems Administrator. This role supports the organization’s full technology stack, including ERP, databases, infrastructure, networking, and end-user systems. Working closely with the Manager of Information Technology, this position balances day-to-day operational support with system enhancements and project work. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing multiple hats, operating independently, and driving continuous improvement in a small-team environment. This is a hybrid role with a mix of on-site and remote work. Responsibilities Administer and support the Syspro ERP environment, including configuration, security, reporting, and troubleshooting Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, scheduled tasks, and SSRS reports Support and monitor EDI integrations and resolve transaction issues Assist with application upgrades, patches, testing, and system enhancements Support internal web tools and integrations (Angular/PHP environment) Administer Windows servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and core business applications Maintain backups and participate in disaster recovery planning and testing Troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and connectivity issues Provide Tier 1–3 support for ERP and general IT issues, including desktop support and hardware Support company-wide technology initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Evaluate and recommend business process and technology enhancements tied to system upgrades and releases Education & Experience Strong customer-focused mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach 5+ years supporting ERP systems in a production environment 4+ years of hands-on Microsoft SQL Server experience (T-SQL, SSRS) Experience supporting on-premise server environments and core infrastructure Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (VLANs, routing, firewalls) Experience with EDI integrations preferred Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a small-team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
