Oakwood Heights Village is currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on a PRN basis.

PRN with NO minimum shift requirements. Pick up shifts when it works for you. There are no required weekends, no required holidays, and no set number of shifts you must work.

Whether you're looking for occasional shifts, extra hours or a flexible schedule, our PRN position gives you the flexibility to work around your availability.

CNA Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including mobility, meals and hydration

• Provide compassionate personal care and hygiene assistance

• Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team

• Accurately document food and fluid intake

• Assist with feeding and nutritional supplements

• Maintain clean and comfortable resident living areas

• Transport residents safely throughout the facility

• Support nurses and other members of the care team as needed

• Follow facility policies, procedures and professional standards

• Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with applicable regulations

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Compassionate approach to resident care

• Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing environment

New graduate CNAs are encouraged to apply.
