Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager (Utility) – US, Ohio – 12 Month Contract We’re supporting a major new‑build facility in Ohio, a multi‑billion‑dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. What you’ll do: Act as the owner’s representative responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery, integration, and performance of utility equipment and systems on a large‑scale pharmaceutical capital project. Provide technical and execution leadership for utility equipment scopes and interfaces closely with EPCM partners, contractors, vendors, operations, quality, commissioning, and other project engineering teams. Ensure EPCM and contractors execute in accordance with approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. Challenge EPCM recommendations related to contracting strategy, execution approach, and technical decisions to protect Owner’s interests. What you’ll need: Knowledge of utility systems (e.g., WFI, Clean Steam, HVAC, process utilities) Knowledge of mechanical equipment and packages Knowledge of GMP, validation, and regulatory requirements Familiarity with construction execution and commissioning practices #J-18808-Ljbffr Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd
