Dependable Hospice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to serve patients in the  Tucson area . This is an opportunity to provide truly meaningful care—supporting patients and families with dignity, comfort, and compassion during life’s most important moments.

Your Role

As a Hospice CNA, you will provide hands-on personal care that enhances comfort, preserves dignity, and improves quality of life. You’ll work closely with RNs, therapists, and family members to ensure coordinated, compassionate care.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, toileting)

• Supporting safe mobility and ambulation

• Monitoring and documenting vital signs

• Preparing and assisting with meals

• Assisting with medication reminders and self-administration

• Changing linens and maintaining a clean, comfortable environment

• Providing emotional support and reassurance to patients and families

What You’ll Need

• Must be 18 years or older

• Current Arizona CNA license

• Valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Current CPR certification

• TB clearance (or ability to obtain)

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Ability to pass background screening

• Bilingual or conversational Spanish is a plus

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• Completion of an accredited CNA training program
