Revenue Cycle Manager

We are seeking a Manager, Healthcare AI Revenue Cycle Management to join our Provider Modernization Practice. Responsibilities Include Assessing provider organization capabilities across patient access and revenue cycle functions through site observations, stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and process mapping. Utilizing AI tools to enhance revenue cycle and access functions, including EHR, CRM, payment management, process automation, and analytics. Designing or redesigning business processes by integrating AI solutions such as RPA and IA, tailored to client needs using established methodologies. Managing program and project activities, preparing engagement documentation, and communicating findings to healthcare clients. Conducting research, data analysis, and supporting project deliverables and presentations. Leading internal teams, mentoring staff, and overseeing performance reviews. Qualifications Include Minimum five years of consulting experience in operations improvement or systems integration, with at least two years of supervisory experience. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Healthcare Administration, Business, MIS, or related fields. Experience applying AI tools in healthcare revenue cycle management, including data analysis and visualization. Strong understanding of healthcare processes such as scheduling, billing, clinical documentation, and patient flow. Excellent communication, facilitation, and client engagement skills.
