Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced medical care and emergency treatment during air and ground transport. 
• Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and transport details. 
• Maintain clear communication with team members, leadership, and external partners. 
• Support PR and outreach efforts. 
• Participate in ongoing training, skill labs, and continuing education. 
• Maintain all certifications and operate under Medical Director oversight. 

Requirements:

• Active paramedic certification in the state of employment. 
• 3+ years of 911/pre-hospital experience (5+ preferred). 
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS (NRP preferred). 
• FP-C certification within 24 months of hire. 
• Strong communication and basic computer skills. 
• Ability to pass physical requirements (including lifting up to 100 lbs and maintaining weight under 235 lbs). 
• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
