What You'll Do As a Bartender at Cleveland Draft House - Clayton, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Preparing and serving a wide range of beverages with precision and flair.
- Managing inventory to ensure the bar is always stocked with the essentials.
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Participating in a shared tip pool to reward your hard work and teamwork.
- Keeping the bar area clean and organized, ensuring it meets health and safety standards.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of bartending experience .
- A strong focus on customer service and the ability to create memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage inventory and money effectively.
- A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- A proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness and efficiency.
