Part-time or Full-Time, we are looking for a key team member to help our busy Optometrist office, located in Costco. The perfect candidate will be a self-starter, quick learner, prompt individual, and super pleasant human. We have a fun environment where we enjoy helping our patients.

Daily work at our optical office/tech job involves patient care, diagnostic testing, and administrative support. Key duties typically include recording patient history, performing preliminary eye tests, answering phones, filing, making appointments and managing the front desk. This is a fast paced office and requires someone who likes multi-tasking.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Pre-testing: Measure visual acuity, eye pressure.
• Patient Flow: Greet patients, prep exam rooms, and manage schedules.
• Admin Support: Handle front desk tasks, insurance verification

Skills and Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: Prior customer service or healthcare background is preferred.
• Core Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and basic math.
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with eye testing tools and office software is a plus.

• Someone who is personable, patient and has the ability to interact with patients during screening process
• Someone who is detailed oriented and who will work closely with the office Manager and the Optometrists.
