Hands-On Extrusion Team Leader

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Production Team Leader in the Extrusion area to guide daily operations while actively performing core extrusion tasks. You will lead safety, quality, and staffing, and provide coaching to the team. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to operate a forklift/Hi-Lo in a fast-paced plastics environment.
