Customer-Facing Opportunities
- Greet and assist customers and donors.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked.
- Answer questions and provide excellent customer service.
- Support daily store operations.
Processing & Production Opportunities
- Greet and assist customers and donors.
- Sort and inspect donated merchandise.
- Process clothing, household goods, and miscellaneous items.
- Price and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
- Organize inventory and maintain production areas.
- Meet quality and productivity expectations.

What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous retail or cashier experience is a plus (6 months preferred)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs. regularly
- Reliable transportation and commitment to a drug-free workplace
