Position Overview The Marketing Manager, Clubs plans and executes marketing campaigns for Relentless Beats club events, building audience engagement and driving ticket, table-service, and VIP sales. This role works with artists, venue partners, promoters, and the marketing team across social media, email, digital advertising, and traditional media. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing and Social Media Develop marketing campaigns for club events across social media, email newsletters, and other online channels. Create graphics, videos, and written content, working with external photographers, videographers, and designers as needed. Contribute to company social media accounts with consistent branding and messaging while engaging online communities and influencers. Track reach, engagement, and conversions, using campaign results and current social media trends to improve performance. Club Promotion and Sales Manage promoters and influencers to increase club-event ticket sales. Develop group-sales campaigns and targeted local and regional promotions. Collaborate with the events team, venue partners, and promoters on club-event marketing plans. Build relationships with high-value clients and corporate groups to increase table-service and VIP sales. Develop pop-up events, event series, and other programming at partner venues to attract audiences and fill open calendar dates. Publicity and Content Work with the publicity team on press releases, media kits, and promotional materials. Build media relationships and coordinate artist press opportunities, interviews, scheduling, and follow-up. Contribute campaign concepts and multimedia content that align with the artists and club events being promoted. Reporting and Collaboration Collect and analyze sales and campaign data, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and establish realistic sales targets. Use historical results to forecast campaign performance. Collaborate with other departments to improve ticket, premium, food and beverage, merchandise, and other event revenue. Perform other marketing responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Music Business, or a related field. 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in music or entertainment, and 2+ years of management experience. Working knowledge of digital marketing, audience targeting, social media analytics, email platforms, and content-management systems. Proficiency in graphic-design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Strong working knowledge of Gmail, Drive, Sheets, and Docs; familiarity with Slack and electronic signature platforms. Knowledge of music promotion, industry trends, and emerging technology is a plus. Strong communication, listening, interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills, along with sound ethical judgment. A creative, motivated team player who leads by example, supports process improvement, and works effectively with others. Ability to meet deadlines, manage heavy workloads, keep work visible, and be available for meetings and escalations as needed. Work Environment and Schedule Full-time position based in the Phoenix office most of the week, with partner and venue meetings outside regular office hours. Frequent event attendance and travel, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Ability to work in loud, busy environments and varying temperatures at event sites.
