Maintenance Director

The Forum at the Crossing Responsibilities As a Maintenance Director, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental center compliance in accordance with federal, state, and local ordinances, regulations, and building codes. You will also maintain the community in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition; in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems. This position also includes the provision of quality laundry service.
