Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility Location: Cuero, Tx Schedule: Full-Time Make Every Day Count—Join Our Therapy Dream Team! We’re looking for a Physical Therapist who brings energy, heart, and clinical excellence to everything they do. What You’ll Do: Evaluate residents and build individualized, goal‑driven therapy plans Deliver engaging, evidence‑based interventions (think function meets fun) Help residents achieve their rehab goals with creativity and heart Collaborate with an awesome team of OTs, SLPs, CNAs, and nurses Support residents in regaining strength, independence, and confidence Document clearly and efficiently (we’ve got your back with systems) Educate families and caregivers with compassion and clarity #J-18808-Ljbffr Whispering Oaks Rehab & Nursing
