Position Summary The Crew Member positionis responsible fordelivering excellent guest service, preparing food and beverages according to Brand standards, and supporting daily restaurant operations. Crew Members work collaboratively with management and fellow team members to ensure a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment for guests. This role serves as a foundational position within the organization and provides opportunities for skill development and advancement into leadership roles. Key Responsibilities Greetandserveguests in a friendly, professional, andtimelymanner Prepare food and beveragesin accordance withDunkin’& franchiseestandards Accuratelyoperatepoint-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standardsat all times Support speed of service and order accuracy goals Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Assistwith opening, closing, cleaning, and stocking duties as assignedand directed by aManagersor Management Work effectively as part of a team and support fellow employees during shifts Performance Expectations Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and accountability Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor Followdirectionfrom Managers on Duty and Restaurant Management Communicate effectively with guests and team members Participatein required training and development activities Qualifications & Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math and cash-handling skills Strong teamwork and communication skills Willingness to learn and follow established procedures Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities Physical Demands / Working Conditions Standing for extended periods of time Repetitive motions including bending, reaching, and lifting Lifting items up to 20lbs Working in a quick-service restaurant environment Advancement Opportunities Crew Members may be eligible for cross-training and advancement opportunities, including Manager onDuty,and Restaurant Management roles, based on performance, business needs, and availability.
