Direct Support Professional

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join the team in and around NEPA, mostly Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties! BAYADA's special needs aides - DSPs - work 1:1 in home and community settings as a companion and mentor. We specialize in assisting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities reach their full potential!

Make an Impact:

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming, hygiene)
• Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
• Accompany clients on errands, appointments, and community integration activities
• Spend time on the client's favorite hobbies

Qualifications for Our Support Professionals:

• One year experience working or volunteering with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age or older

• Pay: $17.50 and up based on experience
