Pay: $19.75 per hour
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:15 PM (Shift 1B)

POSITION OVERVIEW

Adecco Staffing is seeking an experienced Warehouse Clerk / Forklift Operator for an opportunity in Rural Hall, NC!

This position combines warehouse administrative duties, inventory management, and forklift operations . Candidates must be comfortable working in both an office setting and outdoors in the warehouse yard, transitioning between responsibilities as needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process orders and maintain inventory records using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Perform accurate data entry and inventory updates.

• Research and correct transaction errors and inventory discrepancies.

• Prepare domestic and international shipping documents.

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and daily administrative tasks.

• Assist with warehouse operations and material handling.

• Work in both office and outdoor yard environments.

• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience

• MUST HAVE FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE , including Turret Truck, Stand-Up Forklift, Reach Truck, or other Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) experience.

• Microsoft Excel and Word skills REQUIRED

• Basic computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills.

• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors.

• Steel-toed shoes required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Lift and move materials of various shapes, sizes, and weights.

• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull.

• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.

• Work in hot or cold warehouse environments.

• Handle warehouse tools, equipment, and materials safely.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU STAND OUT

• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Inventory control, shipping, and receiving experience.

• Strong Excel and Word proficiency.

• Experience operating Turret Trucks, Stand-Up Forklifts, or Reach Trucks.

• Ability to multitask between office and warehouse responsibilities.

• Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
