Performs assessments and medically delegated or nursing interventions meeting appropriate standards of care utilizing the Nursing Process. Maintains accountability for professional decisions and actions.Responsible for delivery of professional nursing care including nursing assessments / care plan implementation within the setting / implementation of treatment / evaluation of treatment / and discharge or transition planning.Coordinates with clinical services to provide collaborative care.Responsible for delegation within scope of practice to provide safe and effective care to patient population.Performs all services as they may relate to patient care/treatment with consideration for the age/condition of the patient.Authorized to access secure drug and biological storage areas when completing a medication management orientation and when necessary to perform, the assigned duties.What Qualifications You Will Need:Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 6 months of employment start dateBasic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date(RN) Registered NurseAssociate DegreeNo Travel Required1 years experience RequiredBenefitsMedical City Arlington, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
