Team!Chaiwale & Co. is looking for friendly, hardworking, and hospitality-focused Baristas to join our team in Redlands, CA!We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy working with customers, love coffee and chai, and take pride in creating a welcoming experience for every guest.Responsibilities• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, chai, teas, and other beverages• Prepare and handle food according to food safety guidelines• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience• Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions• Keep the café, counters, beverage stations, and dining areas clean and organized• Wash dishes and assist with general cleaning as needed• Restock cups, ingredients, supplies, and other items• Follow recipes, preparation standards, and food safety procedures• Work efficiently and calmly during busy periods• Work as part of a team and assist coworkers when needed• Help with opening and closing duties• Perform other café duties as neededWhat We're Looking For• Friendly, outgoing, and welcoming• Passionate about hospitality and customer service• Reliable and punctual• A strong team player• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment• Able to multitask and stay organized• Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work• Comfortable handling food and beverages• Willing to help with cleaning, dishes, stocking, and other café duties• Professional, positive, and respectful toward customers and coworkers• Available to work weekends and holidays when scheduled• Flexible with their availabilityChai & Coffee Lovers Welcome!A genuine love of chai, coffee, and café culture is a big plus!
