Industry Leading Benefits (See Below) What You'll Earn $20.00/hour base pay Monthly performance bonuses — your effort directly impacts your paycheck Additional bonuses for growth certifications and development milestones Annual earnings potential: $42,000–$55,000 Your Schedule We operate multiple shifts to serve our customers, and schedules vary by team. All teammates should be available to work 5 days per week, Monday–Saturday, with shifts falling within a 7:30 am–6:00 pm window. Saturdays rotate — you'll work every other Saturday with a weekday off in exchange. Your specific shift will be confirmed during the hiring process. What You'll Do As a Luxury Customer Concierge, you'll be the first point of contact for customers of our luxury dealerships — handling inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and care.
