Your Role as a Clinician

As a clinician, you will provide direct support to clients, helping them navigate their recovery journey with compassionate, evidence-based care. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that promote healing and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Individual & Group Therapy Deliver high-quality counseling tailored to client needs.

  • Develop & Implement Treatment Plans Create personalized recovery plans that drive meaningful change.

  • Maintain Clinical Documentation Ensure accurate records to support treatment effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team Work alongside clinicians, medical staff, and leadership.

  • Support Crisis Intervention Help clients navigate challenges with compassionate care.

  • Stay Current with Best Practices Continuously improve skills through training and supervision.

What We're Looking For

Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field Licensure Required LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent (or working toward full licensure) Experience in mental health or substance use treatment preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for helping others through evidence-based treatment
