Retail Team Leader

Retail Team Leader (Key Holder) Location: 7835 Convention Blvd., Warren, MI 48092. Pay: $18–20 per hour (based on experience). Responsibilities Open and close the store. Complete daily store operations and tasks. Assist in unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organize merchandise, and transfer merchandise from stockroom to store. Maintain merchandise – product rotation, proper food handling, receiving, ensuring product quality. Provide exceptional customer service – build relationships, problem‑solve, and build sales. Handle cash – bank deposits, provide change for cashiers, set and count registers. Help build and train the team; supervise sales associates and support their duties. Develop leadership skills while aiding in staff performance. Qualifications & Requirements 1–2 years of retail experience with progressively increasing responsibility. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years old. Basic computer skills. Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs, and lift above shoulder height frequently. Physically able to safely operate power equipment (slicing equipment, walkie lifts, forklifts where applicable). Schedule availability: flexible, full‑time including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability and willingness to respond to alarm calls during non‑working hours and work shifts at other stores in local area when required. Benefits Healthcare benefits available on first day.
