This isn't a sit-behind-the-desk job. We're a family-owned golf cart dealership looking for someone who runs the front of the house like it's their own — the person who answers the phone, keeps the schedule tight, makes the showroom shine, and notices what needs doing before anyone asks.

About the Role

You're the hub of our Brooksville shop. Customers hear your voice first and see you first when they walk in. You own the front desk, the calendar, and the showroom experience — and when things are slow, you don't wait to be told. You straighten what's out of place, follow up on leads, post on our socials, and find the next opportunity. A year in, this role runs like you built it.

What You'll Do

•      Own the phones — answer, return, and follow up on every customer call

•      Schedule and coordinate pickups, deliveries, and service appointments end to end

•      Welcome walk-ins and guide them through our carts, upgrades, and accessories — product knowledge is how we sell

•      Keep the showroom customer-ready: carts staged right, packages sorted, workspace tidy — because you notice, not because you're told

•      Handle front-office admin — invoices, records, and follow-ups in QuickBooks and our other software

•      Drive growth in slow moments: follow up on RFPs and quotes, make outreach calls, support our social media, and represent Brooks EV at community events and sponsorships

Who You Are

Required:

•      An ownership mindset — you treat the business like your own and take pride in the space you work in

•      A self-starter who sees what needs doing and does it, no checklist required

•      Seasoned in customer service, front desk, or office/showroom operations

•      Very comfortable with computers; working knowledge of QuickBooks or similar

•      A fast learner excited to master a product line and wear multiple hats

•      Available Tuesday through Saturday — weekends are our busiest days
