The Electro-Mechanical Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure seamless production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform installation, maintenance, and repair of Electro-Mechanical systems and equipmentDiagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using schematics, blueprints, and technical manualsConduct routine inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance and identify potential issuesReplace or repair components such as motors, sensors, wiring, and circuit boardsCollaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical problemsDocument all maintenance and repair work, including parts used and work performedEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesProvide input on equipment upgrades and preventive maintenance schedulesQualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred.3+ years of experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician or in a similar role.SkillsProficiency with diagnostic tools, hand tools, and testing equipmentStrong understanding of PLCs, motor controls, and electrical systemsKnowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systemsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and schematicsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials, and work in a manufacturing environmentBenefits Competitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for career advancement and professional developmentRetirement plan options 401(k)Ultra Corpotech Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from all qualified individuals.
