Teff Genome Editing Research Associate

Donald Danforth Plant Science Center in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Research Associate I for the Optimum Teff project. The role supports teff genetic transformation, genome editing, molecular characterization, and phenotypic evaluation of edited plants.
The successful candidate will work in the Duguma Lab and contribute to advancing teff breeding through CRISPR-based approaches in collaboration with EIAR, with a focus on reducing lodging, grain shattering and improving yield potential.
