HIV Care Navigator: Empower Health & Access
Terros Health
Terros Health in Phoenix is looking for a Care Navigator to provide support for individuals with substance use disorder and/or those at risk of HIV. This role involves educating clients, accompanying them to appointments, administering health screenings, and collaborating with healthcare providers.
