Counter Manager

Hi-Rise Bread Co. is hiring a Counter Manager! The Counter Manager ensures the successful operation of the front-of-house for both Hi-Rise Bread Hi-Rise Sweets by leading a team of Shift Leads and counter employees. Responsibilities include: Setting operational and customer service standards and ensuring that they are being met by all front-of-house employees at the two Hi-Rise locations On-the-ground support of front-of-house operations Interfacing with production departments around daily ordering needs Hiring, training, and scheduling front-of-house employees, working within budgetary guidelines Managing inventories and POS databases Developing social media strategy and posting schedules Successful candidates will: Have at least a year of experience in a front-of-house supervisory role, ideally at a café and/or bakery setting with barista training Have a passion for food and a curiosity to become an expert on Hi-Rise products and processes Thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment, leading by example and delegating where necessary and appropriate Have the schedule flexibility to work morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts Be able to commit to at least a year of employment This is a full-time position with a salary range of $50,000-$60,000 DOE.
