Registered Nurse - Operating Room (Surgery Center) Pay: $53.00 - $60.00 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday | 4x10s or 5x8s | No nights, no weekends, no call About the Role This is an OR nursing position that actually respects your life outside of work. At our multispecialty outpatient surgery center, you will work a predictable Monday through Friday schedule with no call, no nights, and no weekends. You will know when your day ends. What makes this role different from a hospital OR is the environment. This is a smaller, close-knit center where every team member carries real weight. You are not a number on a staffing grid. What You Will Do Provide perioperative nursing care across multiple surgical specialties in a fast-moving outpatient OR setting Perform pre-op assessments, circulate cases, and support a smooth patient experience from admission through discharge Collaborate directly with surgeons, anesthesia, and scrub techs as a core part of a small, high-functioning team Maintain accurate intraoperative documentation and uphold safety and sterile field standards Adapt fluidly across specialties and case types as part of a multispecialty center What You Bring OR experience required — inpatient or outpatient both considered Solid understanding of perioperative standards, sterile technique, and surgical workflows The ability to stay sharp and composed across varied case types and surgical teams A team-first mentality — in a center this size, the people around you depend on you Preferred BLS and ACLS certifications CNOR certification or active pursuit of it Experience across multiple surgical specialties Why This Role Monday through Friday schedule, no exceptions A smaller center where your contribution is visible and valued Stable, consistent caseload with a team that knows how to work well together #J-18808-Ljbffr
